Jeremy outdid himself - made a fantastic "Baked Alaska" cake - we all were standing around in wonder and amazement, watching it go together - a baked chocolate cake at the bottom, a mound of peppermint icecream on top of the cake, and frosted with a huge mound of whipped egg whites......then baked in the oven to brown the egg whites. Turned out beautifully - and after all the anticipation, we all enjoyed a piece. It was shaped like an Igloo - their theme for the party was Alaska (or winter) - complete with snow flakes, penguins and blue and white baloons.
